Virtual Engagement Activities at #ISC2Congress

Nov 13, 2020

Like most things this year, (ISC)² Security Congress looks a little different. This year’s virtual event might not have you gathering with thousands of colleagues in Orlando, but you can still enjoy many of the fun activities we’ve offered over the years. Be sure to log into https://securitycongress.brighttalk.live/networking-engagement/ using your BrightTALK credentials.

Escape Room

A crowd pleaser at past Security Congress conferences, Living Security is back this year with their Virtual CyberEscape Room. Play online with colleagues in this team-based, engaging and FUN exercise. Sign your team up

Panoply

Panoply-congressjpeg Another Security Congress classic is the Panoply competition. This network assessment / defense contest is ideal for all skill levels and lets you flex your cybersecurity skills, while honing new ones. Spaces are limited and prizes will be awarded every day, including a grand prize of an All Access Pass to (ISC)² Security Congress 2021. Book your spot !

Passport to Prizes and Scavenger Hunt

Scavenger Hunt Sign up for our virtual expo hall – same login information as the mobile app, info will arrive in your email – so that you can meet with top cybersecurity vendors. More than 15 vendors will be presenting information about their products and services, as well as be available for one-on-one video chats. Visit participating booths to play our Passport to Prizes game. We’ll have multiple winners, chosen based on the highest levels of engagement within the various exhibitor booths. This includes visits to resource links & PDFs, chats with exhibitor teams, viewing videos, etc.

The Scavenger Hunt will be facilitated through the mobile app. You’ll need to go to that tile to start, choose a vendor and then scan their QR code when you visit their booth in the virtual expo hall on your computer.

Yoga and Bingo with The Center

The Center for Cyber Safety and Education has several activities for you to enjoy! Starting off on Tuesday morning (8:00 a.m. ET), get your zen on with Garfield and Cristin Repasky, certified yoga instructor, and prepare your body and mind for a full day of learning. Play the yoga class .

Following the end of sessions on Tuesday, November 17, The Center will host Cyber Bingo with Garfield , presented by KnowBe4. Purchase bingo cards – all proceeds benefit The Center – and play along to win prizes. Cyber Bingo is open to anyone, not just Security Congress attendees, so feel free to share with friends!
